Refund policy

We accept refunds for non custom, unworn, damaged or defective items. You have 30 days to return the item from date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product arrives damaged, or defective we will issue you a refund. If your item arrives damaged or defective you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be prepared to show the damage condition to verify the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fat-tones.com. In some cases we might request you to send back the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is requested. 

For apparel, If an item does not fit we cannot accept a return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
